The call published on 27 January – see relevant
news item – is a unique opportunity for defence stakeholders to create a European Defence Skills Partnership and tackle skill gaps in the defence and dual use area. By joining forces the industry together with educational institutions, national/regional authorities and social partners can with a EUR 4 million grant address imminent skills challenges that hinder employability and jobs, and affect the competitiveness of the sector.
This is the only grant for addressing skills envisaged for the defence sector. To facilitate the formation of consortia and the application process, the Commission has put in place a
