NCP Wallonie is the official relay of the European Commission in the Wallonia region of Belgium. The agency’s experts help SMEs, research organisations and other regional entities execute European research projects and participate in European R&D framework programmes.
For the defence sector in particular, NCP Wallonie acts as the main point of contact when it comes to the European Defence Industrial Development Programme and the European Defence Fund. The agency offers free-of-charge guidance, practical information and assistance on preparing and securing project proposals for these programmes and other defence and security-related European initiatives.
NCP Wallonie’s scope of actions also comprises the identification and matching of the most appropriate Walloon partners for European projects – whether SMEs, companies, research centres, university labs or other Belgian defence actors.
